Return & Refund Policy
At Fundsraize.in, we take pride in the services we deliver and ensure your satisfaction with our support. Our constant commitment to improvement drives us to provide the finest accounting, financial, or secretarial services through the internet. However, if you find our services unsatisfactory, please contact us promptly, and we will address the issue, offering a solution that can be mutually agreed upon.
Refund Process:
CRM Subscription
Before signing the agreement:
Upon payment by the connector, login credentials are shared via their registered email ID. If the panel remains unused, a refund request can be made within 2 days.
After signing the agreement:
Once the payment is made, and login credentials are shared, if the connector logs into the panel and signs the agreement, the refund window is closed.
In the event of a desired refund post-agreement, the request can be raised through email (info@fundsraize.in) or a call to the RM. We will then escalate the case to the concerned Agent and Managers to expedite the process.
Service Fee for Any Service:
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service.
If dissatisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government will be applicable. This fee won’t apply in the case of a service change.
Refunds are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. If Fundsraize.in has invested time, resources, or incurred other fees to complete the engagement, such fees will be deducted based on the company’s best judgment, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, Fundsraize.in shall refund only up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.
No Refund:
No refund will be entertained for CRM subscription or any services offered on discount.
Penalty or Tax Payment:
Acting as a corporate service provider, Fundsraize.in and its employees are not liable for penalties or taxes on behalf of clients.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of filings, and Fundsraize.in is not accountable for any other costs incurred by the client outside the scope of service.
Factors Outside Our Control:
Results or outcomes of procedures cannot be guaranteed, and government-related delays are beyond our control.
Fundsraize.in does not guarantee results or outcomes from services rendered by Associates on the Nearest. Expert platform.
Force Majeure:
Fundsraize.in shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or similar force majeure events.
