Return & Refund Policy

At Fundsraize.in, we take pride in delivering exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction with our support. We are committed to continuous improvement, striving to provide the best accounting, financial, or secretarial services through the internet. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the situation or work towards a mutually agreed-upon solution.

Refund Process:

CRM Subscription

Before signing the agreement:

• If the payment is made by the connector, and login credentials are not utilized within 2 days, a refund can be requested.

After signing the agreement:

• Once the payment is made, and login credentials are shared, if the connector logs in and signs the agreement, the refund window is closed.
•  If a refund is still desired after signing the agreement, the request can be raised via email (info@fundsraize.in) or a call to the RM. We will then escalate the case to the concerned Agent and Managers to expedite the process.

Service Fee for Any Service:

• Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service.
• If dissatisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government will be applicable. However, in the case of a service change, the cancellation fee won’t apply.
• Refunds are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. If Hoogmatic.in has expended time and resources or incurred other fees, these will be deducted on a best judgment basis, and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, Fundsraize.in will refund only up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.

Penalty or Tax Payment:

• Fundsraize.in, acting as a corporate service provider, is not liable for penalties or taxes on behalf of clients.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of filings, and fundsraize.in is not accountable for any other costs incurred by the client outside the scope of service.

Factors Outside Our Control:

• Results or outcomes of procedures cannot be guaranteed, and government-related delays are beyond our control.
• Fundsraize.in does not guarantee results or outcomes from services rendered by Associates on the Nearest. Expert platform.

Force Majeure:

• Fundsraize.in is not considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or similar force majeure event
